Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of EventSnap (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to act for any company you represent.
2. Acceptable use
- Only upload photos and guest data you have the right to use and share.
- Obtain any consents required to process attendees' images, including for AI face matching.
- Do not use the Service for unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it.
3. Plans, billing & renewals
Paid plans are billed in advance for the stated period via our payment processors. Plans are valid until their expiry date, after which the account reverts to the free tier unless renewed. Prices and plan limits may change with notice.
4. Refunds
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Contact support for billing issues and we will review them in good faith.
5. Content ownership
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to operate the Service for you.
6. Availability & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding three months.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
